The entrance was decorated very nicely with Christmas lights and the lobby had a cozy feel to it. the elevators were quick and efficient. the location was great, close to the highway and a big shopping center. We really enjoyed the pool area, it was clean and well maintained.

The breakfast was disappointing, very basic and nothing special. the staff was not very friendly or helpful.

The design of the hotel is really nice, it's easy on the eyes. The elevators are fast so you don't have to wait long. The location is good because there are malls and other stores nearby.

The staff here is not the best. They're not very welcoming or accommodating, and it's a shame because it takes away from the overall experience.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
